Paul and Sue purchased OMI Salon & Spa in 2008 and turned their attention to providing the utmost in customer service and relaxation to clients in Waltham and the surrounding areas. They are dedicated to the business, the staff and the clients of the salon. They believe every customer deserves a welcome and inviting space to have quality services, at afforable prices. OMI Salon & Spa is known as Waltham's 'best kept secret', a full service salon and spa in a trendy part of town, without the hustle and bustle of Newbury Street. Their motto is "a little luxury in the suburbs, a Newbury Street feel with the heart and soul of a small community".  

Paul and Sue also believe in giving back to the community and they consistently find ways to help those that are in need.  OMI Salon & Spa has given to local food pantries, educational foundations and special need students, as a way of saying 'thank you' to those that are less fortunate.
