They are dedicated to the business, the staff and the clients of the salon. They believe every customer deserves a welcome and inviting space to have quality services, at afforable prices. OMI Salon & Spa is known as Waltham's 'best kept secret',a full service salon and spa in a trendy part of town, without the hustle and bustle of Newbury Street. Their motto is "a little luxury in the suburbs, a Newbury Street feel with the heart and soul of a small community".
Paul and Sue also believe in giving back to the community and they consistently find ways to help those that are in need. OMI Salon & Spa has given to local food pantries, educational foundations and special need students, as a way of saying 'thank you' to those that are less fortunate.

Christina creates an ambiance of pure bliss and relaxation. Christina has multiple talents and also pampers her clients with skin care, waxing and nail services.
Jessica - Salon Manager Jess has a passion for style and for helping people find the service that meets their needs. Successfully working in Miami, where she was a sought after stylist, OMI is thrilled to have Jess as part of the team. Being dedicated to the industry, Jess takes pride in her work and extends her vision and ideal of perfection to the spa. Jessica is also multi-facted and provides styling, skin care and waxing services to her clients.
